4. Specific Items
   1. Consider and takeaction for a County Plat for property located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Simpson and Briar Bluff Rds to create a three lots division to be known as Dellona Acres
   2. Consider and take action regarding required changes to a CSM approved at the August 8, 2022 Town Board meeting to reflect the death of Mrs. Petrulis and the property passing into a new title.
