The Christmas Mountain Sanitary District is organized under Section 60.70 of the State of Wisconsin Statutes. The District is is self-supporting entity, deriving its revenue from sewer user fees and standby fees. Rates for the sewer utility are set by the board of commissioners. The District provides sewer service to properties within the district boundaries in Dellona Township.
Board of Commissioner’s Meetings: The Board meets quaarterly in February, May, August, and November. Meetings are generally held at the Dellona Town Hall.
Administration: The Clerk of the Town of Dellona also serves as the Clerk for the Sanitary District Board. All matters related to sewer cooonnections, billing, finances, or other matters should be directed to the Clerk.
Sewer Operations: Mid-States Associates is responsible for all actual system operations. Issues relating to opeerations should be directed to their personnel. Contact numbers are 608-963-3143 and 608-477-5840
