Online Tax/Fee Payments

Sewer fees are billed on an annual basis as a special assessment on the owner's property tax bill. Payment of fees are due each year by January 31st, and are made payable to the Town of Dellona, Treasurer

The current annual sewer fee is $606.00 for one residency equivalent (REU)

Buildable lot fees (Standby Fees) are charged to an owner of a lot that is vacant in the amount of .33 of the annual sewer fee user rate.

The standby fee is billed to the lot owner on their property tax bill as a special assessment.

The current standby fee is $202.00

1. Check made out to "Town of Dellona" with your phone number
2. Property Tax Stub
3. A stamped, self-addressed envelope*, if you would like to receive a receipt

*Please make sure that the envelope is large enough to contain all of the receipts that you will receive, along with enough postage to insure proper delivery to you.

DO NOT SEND tax payments by any type of special delivery (UPS, FedEx, Registered Mail, etc.) There is no one available at the Town Hall to receive these deliveries.

If you would like to drop off your payment, you can do so via the dropbox located near the front door of Town Hall.

Alcohol Beverage Individual Questionnaire (Form AB-100)

Wisconsin law prohibits retail sales of alcohol beverages without an approved license granted and issued by a municipality (cities, villages, or towns), or a permit issued by the department.

Alcohol beverages means fermented malt beverages (beer) and intoxicating liquor (liquor), which includes distilled spirits, cider, and wine.

Please note the below changes that have been listed by the Department of Revenue:

Liquor Sales Limits. Effective June 26, 2019, the sale of liquor for off-premises consumption by "Class B" licensees is no longer limited to four liters at one time. Municipalities may enact ordinances allowing retail "Class B" (liquor) license holders to sell liquor in the original package or container in any quantity for consumption off the licensed premises.

Carryout Cocktails. Effective March 28, 2021, a "Class B" licensed establishment may sell cocktails for off premises consumption if the licensee seals the container with a tamper-evident seal.

Bartender Licenses. Effective March 5, 2020, a municipality may, by ordinance, authorize a designated municipal official to issue alcohol beverage operator's (bartender's) licenses and provisional bartender's licenses.

Applications. Effective July 1, 2018, alcohol beverage license applications do not require notarization, a signature of more than one person, or being sworn to by the applicant.

False Information Penalty. A penalty of not more than $1,000 may be imposed on any person who knowingly provides materially false information in an alcohol beverage license or permit application.

Reserve and Above Quota "Class B" (Liquor) License Fees. A Class "B" (beer license) is a prerequisite for the reserve and above quota "Class B" liquor licenses. Therefore, the fee for the annual Class "B" license is required.

Retail licenses are categorized by the type of alcohol beverages sold and whether the alcohol beverages are consumed on or off premises:

"Class A" license - authorizes the retail sale of liquor, including cider and wine, for consumption off the premises

"Class B" license - authorizes the retail sale of liquor, including cider and wine for on-premises consumption, and if allowed by municipal ordinance, for off-premises consumption

"Class C" license - authorizes the retail sale of wine for consumption on the premises

Class "A" license - authorizes the retail sale of beer for consumption off the premises

Class "B" license - authorizes the retail sale of beer for consumption on and off the premises

Dog Licenses

Dog licenses are valid for ONE (1) calendar year. The license year commences on January 1st and ends on the following December 31st. Application for license may be made 30 days prior to the license year. Persons applying for a license during the license year shall be required to pay fifty percent (50%) of the fee stipulated if the animal becomes five (5) months of age after July 1st of the licensing year.

Dog licensing fees are as follows:
$5.00 per spayed/neutered dog
$10.00 per unneutered/unspayed dog
$2.00 per duplicate/replacement license

The licensing authority, or agent, shall assess and collect a late fee of $5.00 if the owner fails to obtain a license prior to April 1st of each year, or within 30 days of acquiring ownership of a licensable animal, or if the owner fails to obtain a license on, or before, the date the animal reaches 5 months of age.

To obtain a dog license you will need the following:
Written application with the applicant's name, address, phone number, and email (if applicable), and description of the animal.
Rabies certificate issued by a veterinarian.
Written proof that the animal has been rendered sterile, if applicable.

***Only a veterinarian may administer a rabies vaccination and sign a rabies
certificate.***

Once you have the above applicable documentation you can apply by one of the following ways:
In-person at the Sauk County Humane Society open daily (7 days/week/365 days/year) between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
