   1. The Commission may receive information on non-agenda items from citizens. The Commission will neither discuss nor take action on any citizen comments or information presented but may decide to place an item on a future agenda.

   1. Operations report and discussion
   2. Report on staff meeting with Golf Course and CMV Engineering staff
   3. Report on Hilton Grand Vacation conversion
6. Commission and Governance Items
   1. Review year to date financials
   2. Consider maintenance and repair projects
      1. Pump House
      2. Lake Delton System connection
      3. Others as presented by MSA or Commission Members
   3. Initiate annual financial review with B&G Bookkeeping
   4. Approve checks and payments since last meeting
7. Next Meeting Proposal – Dellona Town Hall at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, August 12th, 2026

The Commission may take action on any item included on the agenda.
