NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ADOPTION OF THE 2026 REVISED SAUK COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the  Dellona Town Board at 6:30 pm on September 21, 2026, at the Dellona Town Hall for the following purpose:

Consider the Adoption of the 2026 Revised Sauk County Zoning Ordinance

Due to the number of changes, the amendment to the Sauk County ordinance is considered a comprehensive rewrite pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 59.69 in which the ordinance is repealed and reenacted. The Sauk County Zoning Ordinance existing prior to this reenactment will remain in effect for one year in any town that was subject to the prior ordinance or until this revised ordinance is adopted by that town via a resolution, whichever is sooner.

A copy of the new ordinance and Information regarding the specific changes is available from the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Department in Baraboo.
